Shipping Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 2 – 5 business days after payment is received. The Kenyan Collection handmade products or special order items may have longer shipping times. Please refer to product descriptions on The Kenyan Collection handmade products and special order items for estimated delivery times
Shipping Carriers
We ship via US Postal Service Priority/First Class mail/UPS, depending on the size and weight. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages using USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items
We do our best to notify you via email if there will be a shipping delay due to an out-of stock or backordered item. In instances where an item will be out of stock or backordered for more than 10 days from the purchase date, we will automatically issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase.
Notice regarding The Kenyan Collection handmade products:
A large stock list of The Kenyan Collection products is maintained, however, from time to time an order might need to be produced in Kenya. We will send you an email with 72 hours to let you know if your order is currently unavailable. Orders that are in production may take 1 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Product Tracking Number
Once your order is placed, we will email a shipment confirmation to you. The tracking information will be emailed when the product has shipped

P.O. Box Addresses
Shipping to a P.O. Box address is via US Postal Service First Class Mail
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous states
Shipping Charges
We do our best to keep shipping fees down, therefore, we offer flat rate shipping fees. Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping using coupon code FREESHIP
